Stages of Care.

I want to be all that I can be.

I want to avoid losing my health.

I want to preserve the progress I’ve made.

I want to stabilise & retain the muscles & ligaments of my spine.

I want to feel better for the least amount of my time & money.

Most patients start with the initial phase of pain relief care. Most new patients want to feel better, so in the beginning, visits are usually frequent. Depending upon your age, condition, and lifestyle, repeated visits over weeks may be needed to reduce your symptoms.

Once your ache or pain is reduced, the goal of the second phase is corrective care, which allows for complete healing to occur. Remember that underlying muscle and soft tissue damage can remain, even after your pain has disappeared. At this stage , the frequency of visits is reduced.

Your Chiropractor will advise you about any changes in exercise, diet or other self-care procedures that may benefit your health.

After recovery of your original problem, regular chiropractic “check-ups”, or maintenance care, can help preserve your progress. Periodic visits can help catch little problems and prevent them from becoming majors ones in the future (prevention care).
